The Alpine Easy Access system has changed – this is how it impacts you

Note. If you are a new customer and do not have an existing account, the following information does not affect you - simply press the 'Continue' button below, and follow the instructions to create your account and purchase your pass. You do NOT have to reset your password.

Due to recent changes in industry payment systems to increase payment security, existing Alpine Easy Access customers must reset their PIN or password for the Alpine Easy Access System when they next purchase a Mt Hotham Resort Entry Permit.

If you are able to recall which credit card you have on your Alpine Easy Access account, you can use the last four (4) digits of your credit card number to gain access to your account and reset the password from within the account.

Otherwise, you will need to follow one of the processes below, depending on what device you are using. Please note that Alpine Easy Access is powered by PayByPhone Parking Systems, so you will be directed to their secure website for the password reset.

If you are using an iPad Alpine Easy Access Resort Entry kiosk at an on-mountain or off-mountain business:

You do NOT need to reset your password again to purchase further Resort Entry Passes after this initial reset.
